- How does the booking process work?

The booking process is simple!
Begin building your package, select the dates for your trip, please note 2 nights include 18 holes and 3 nights include 36 holes of golf.
Then fill out the number of travellers, your departing airport and if you require accommodation and then check out.
Upon checkout you will receive a passport form to fill out your passport details for your party. You can also add any special requests you may have for your order!
- Do you need to rent clubs for your Mystery Away Day?

No, you can take your own clubs. When we send over your booking details, you’ll be able to add on golf clubs. Airlines usually charge between £15-£30 per flight to add on golf clubs.
If you wish to hire clubs, we recommend once you’ve found out where you’re going, give the golf course a call to reserve some clubs.
- How long are the Mystery Away Days Golf trips?

Your trips will be either 2 nights or 3 nights, giving you plenty of time to play your golf and explore your mystery European city!
Please note that selecting 2 nights includes 18 holes of golf, while 3 nights includes 36 holes.
- Is my trip ATOL protected?

Yes! All Mystery Away Days trips are fully protected by ATOL. This means that when you book your trip with us, you can have complete peace of mind knowing that your travel plans are financially protected.
- Can we take children on our Mystery Away Day?

Of course! Mystery Away Days are a perfect birthday or Christmas gift for a young golf fan.
If you’re travelling with a child, please let us know on your Passport Form so we can book family-friendly accommodation (if requested) and make sure you’re sat together on the flight.
- Which airports can I fly from?

At present, we have trips available from many of the major airports in the UK.
When ordering, you are asked to select which airport is closest to you. This will be the airport you fly from, and return to.
- When will I know which course I'll be playing at?

We usually send all your trip details a couple of weeks after you order.
- Can I request a specific country or course to avoid?

In ‘special requests’ on your passport form, let us know if there are any countries or courses you’d like to avoid and our team will make sure your needs are met!
- Can I change or cancel my booking?

Once your booking is confirmed, changes or cancellations are not allowed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Is accommodation included?

When making your booking, you get the choice of whether you would like us to book your accommodation for you, but if you wish to book your own accommodation, you can!
- What documents will I need to take on my Mystery Away Day?

You will need to bring a valid passport, the boarding pass that you’ll be emailed and any necessary documents required for entry into the destination country.
- How far in advance should I book my package?

We recommend booking your package as early as possible to ensure availability.
- Will I be able to choose my flight timings?

Flight timings are determined by the airline and are beyond our control. However, in your passport form you can let us know your preferred flight time, and we’ll do our best to match that.
- Will I be able to receive a refund if I am not able to travel or my flight is cancelled?

We book non-refundable flights so that we can offer you, the fan, the best prices for the mystery trip.
Once your non-refundable booking is confirmed, changes or cancellations are not allowed. Therefore, refunds will not be provided.
However, if your flight or game is cancelled by the airline or club, we’ll pass on any refunds from the airline or golf club.
- Will I have to pay extra for the round?

No, your round(s) are included in the package price!
- Are airport transfers included?

Transfers from airports, hotels, and the game are not included in our packages however click our ‘airport transfers’ page and secure your airport transfer once you have received your trip details!
- Can I upgrade my flight?

Any upgrades to flights such as picking seats, adding golf clubs, adding meals, etc will not be included in your package and must be purchased by yourself when you receive flight details.
